I only gave 1 star as I had too.
I ordered a pair of slippers that I didn't receive.
I informed shoezone and they advised delivered and a picture on the floor next to my bin on open drive.

They have advised due to secure deliver(which was not) they were not sending another out or refunding me.
It's disgusting customer service and advise that will not order agsin. No help whatsoever.
So had to re buy , eleswhere obviously and now cost me 40.00 got a pair of slippers.
Do not order!

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, buy one get one free. Quality and value was excellent. Ordered in shop and was guided by an excellent sales assistant. Items delivered free next day and packaged well. Will definitely be shopping at Shoezone again.

The shop didn't have the shoes in my size. The assistant went above and beyond. Checked stock and then online. We ordered the shoes about 2pm and they were on delivered before 1pm the next day
