"Poor Customer Service"

Very poor communication and problem solving abilities from their customer service staff. My order sat in limbo for 2 weeks and the only response they could ever give was they were waiting on the carrier to pick up my order. I asked them to ship it with another carrier, but they would not. I ended up cancelling the order. They don't deserve my business due to their lack of effort, no matter how good their product is.
