I have just received a somewhat surprising reply to the review I left on 23/2 and would respond as follows:
I do not believe I implied in my review that the "issue" was GoGoDigital's fault. If I thought it was, rest assured it would have been one star (or none, if that were possible). I am delighted that GoGoDigital have so many satisfied customers. I merely explained the problems I had experienced and even acknowledged that I do not have much understanding of IT.
Furthermore, I do not go through life being "hoodwinked". I made my own decision to buy again from Kaspersky based on the situation I found myself in. Advice on resolving the matter from either GoGoDigital or Kaspersky had not proved fruitful for me. As I had already stated in my original review, the renewal via Kaspersky was actually cheaper (not "full price") than what I had paid GoGoDigital. I was asked by GoGoDigital to leave a review which I did in good faith, but perhaps expected it to be treated a bit more respectfully.

Ordered Bitdefender Total Security online Took over a day and still no email with code. Sent them an email and Jason got back straight away with details showing code and how to download it. Will use again if the price is as good as what I paid this time.
