"Overpriced"

The walk we did was ok. South downs way (the route we did) is a well known and well documented way. Hillwalk tours doesn't add much added value to it though.
I realized that the price we payed is fair if you walk alone, but as a couple (like we are) it is totally overpriced. As a matter of fact, the extra price for the 2nd person comes to an extra breakfast and a little surplus for the luggage transfer (far from the extra 900 £ we payed).
My advice: organize the walk yourself, B&B's are easy to find and for the luggage transfer: multiple companies offer the service for 30/35£/day for 1/2 bagages. Result : 50% savings

"Supergoed!"

We hebben al 2 x eerder geboekt bij Hillwalktours en nu dus de 3e keer. We lopen op dit moment de Burrenway Ierland. En wat heeft Hillwalktours het weer supergoed geregeld!!! Geweldige accomodaties, uitgebreide en overzichtelijke wandelkaarten in regenvrije hoezen, goede tips, goede communicatie...kortom....

"What a great organisation !!"

What a great organisation, everything was perfect. The good, friendly b&b’s, the transfers of our luguage, the pick-up at the end of the day, the map and instructions where perfect of our tour, Hadrians Wall. I will for sure recommanded hillwalk tours for other people and we wil absolutely book an other tour with them...what more can I say..amazing !!

Perfecte organisatie, met een zeer goede en duidelijke communcatie.
Wij zijn al 2 keer gaan wandelen met hun, zowel in Ierland (Kerry) als in Engeland (Hadrianus). En de keuze was snel gemaakt om ook de 2 de keer voor Hillwalk Tours te kiezen.
Nu hun duidelijke en informatieve website en een paar vlotte e-mails was alles al geregeld. Zonder zorgen op avontuur met prachtige wandelingen en altijd geschikte overnachtingen. Geen enkele slechte B&B gehad.
Dikke proficiat aan Hillwalk Tour en tot de volgende keer!

Perfect organization, with a very good and clear communication.
We have already walked twice with them, both in Ireland (Kerry) and in England (Hadrian). And the choice was quickly made to choose Hillwalk Tours the second time.
After their clear, informative website and a few quick e-mails everything was already arranged. A adventurous experience with beautiful walks and always suitable overnight stays. Did not have one bad B & B.

"Fantastische ervaring in Ierland"

Fantastische ervaring in Ierland. Deden de vijfdaagse Wicklow way wandeltocht. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld , voldoende en correcte info en goede logies!

"Zeer klantvriendelijk"

Naast het overzichtelijke aanbod en professionele uitvoering van de Dingle Wandeling was Hillwalk Tours waren zij bereid om onze wandeling af te stemmen en samen te laten vallen met de het programma van onze kinderen en kleinkinderen, die in een veel eerder stadium reeds een booking hadden gedaan.
Daar waar geen plaats was in dezelfde B&B, heeft Hillwalk tours haar uiterste best gedaan om accommodatie in de buurt te vinden, zodat we de wandeling met ons zessen samen hebben kunnen volbrengen
Een perfecte drie generatie wandeling: kleinkinderen van 13 en 14, kinderen van 45 en 48, grootouders van 72 en 71.

"Had the best walk of my life"

I booked the Beara Way with Hillwalk Tours. I booked the 11 day Challenging route, so that I would walk the entire Beara Way.
And I honestly had the best walk of my life. I saw beautiful things. Also had one bad day, where I was just done with the walking. But no matter what, the next day I had a big smile on my face. Also because of the beauty of Ireland, but also because of the good bed & breakfast, where a good bed and always kind people were waiting for me. Not to forget my big bag, it was always taken care of. Before the journey they also helped a lot with all the questions I had. They also emailed me before the journey a part of the Beara Way was closed, they also gave an explanation and new route notes and a map which outlined the new route. Thank you Hillwalk Tours! Because of you I just had to walk, the rest was all taken care of :)

"Zorgeloos aan de wandel - alles prima geregeld."

Een zéér uitgebreide en duidelijke omschrijving en tips per post ontvangen inclusief plastic mapje voor de wandelkaart zodat deze schoon bleef !
Twee B&B's vonden we wel wat afgelegen liggen of wat "saai" maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Voor ons mocht er wel wat meer "leven in de brouwerij" lees pub's) zijn.

"Perfect geregeld, goede service"

Hillwalk tours heeft een fijne vakantie voor ons georganiseerd. Goede service en alle moeite gedaan om, toch op redelijk korte termijn, alle B&B's te regelen. Ook fijn om de luggage tranfer te hebben. Hoeven we zelf niet te sjouwen.

Voor de derde keer een wandelvakantie geboekt bii Hillwalk Tours. Ook dit keer weer een probleemloze vakantie gehad. Goede B&B en bagagevervoer. Prachtige wandelvakantie.
