"Disappointed customer "

They fitted our front door as well as two other doors, several windows, patio doors, external doors all over recent years. So, based on this, I assumed we were valued customers. I was so wrong.
We needed someone to check the door as it appeared loose after the removal of a sofa. Firstly, we paid £128 for an engineer to access what work needed carrying out. After paying upfront the engineer arrived a month later and looked at the door for all of 3 minutes and said he’d get the office to send a quote for the job.
For some minor work replacing trims they invoiced us for a further £260 (total cost of repair £388) with an appointment date some 2 months ahead, however again they wanted this payment made immediately!
I have now got my door repaired for considerably less money and in no time at all. A job that took 20 minutes. In fact, he said the door required additional screws as it had never had enough put in when first installed. I certainly wouldn’t use this company again and wouldn’t recommend to our local friends & family…

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience, shockingly bad workmanship and worst customer service. Misleading customers with promises of guarantees that don’t hold up when customer tries to claim.

"Extremely unprofessional"

Extremely unprofessional. We had asked various suppliers if the could supply sliding doors with internal blinds of a particular size. Three Counties said they could so we went ahead. Our builder made the opening and 3 counties sent a surveyor. 10 days later we got the measurements that the builder need to ensure that all would fit. Then 2 weeks later 3 counties said the blinds couldn't be made at that size. We agreed to alter the opening. There was then a further delay and now they are saying the doors cannot be supplied until another 8 weeks (6 weeks later than what we were told after the surveyor had supplied the measurements). This is after the building project is supposed to finish. Our builder has another job lined up.
Three counties clearly do not know their products and drag their feet introducing numerous delays. I would not use them again and would encourage others not to use them in the future.

Cameron fitted a new front door for us today. Excellent job and fully cleaned up after the installation. Could not fault it.

"Poor delivery planning and manufacturing errors"

Since the survey was performed, there seem to have been a combination of manufacturing errors and delivery planning issues in a job to install a set of doors and windows, with what was meant to be completed in a single day having to be completed over almost 6 weeks involving 4 visits. There has been a lot of disruption as furniture and home office equipment had to be moved to accommodate the work multiple times during the period, and the room remaining without curtains on two complete walls for a very long time. The installation manager that worked with me throughput the process to explain and resolve issues and reschedule appointments was very helpful and polite throughout the process though, but this should never really have happened.

"Check your warranties"

We had to break the bank to get our new feont door and it was something we deaperately needed
i was so excited. The job was done and very happy. However over these last 3 years it seems the quality has been tested. The frame fell off and the door wasn't unlocking properly. So they came and sorted the problem. Now we have a problem the door dosent lock properly and the handle is loose. However the moving parts policy only lasts 2 years so we are apparently not covered. This is such bad quality after just a short amount of time and I am very disappointed to know I would have to pay £128 for someone to come and look at it. Doors cost a fortune and so not worth the money.

Great service, no fuss. No mess. Very friendly Great to deal with over the moon with my new back door will definitely use again and would highly recommend

"Unprofessional all the way"

Unprofessional all the way. Waited almost 5 months to have glass panel installed due to 6 no-shows by an engineer. No proper customer service was blamed as bad luck by the installation manager. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

"Disappointing experience"

Disappointing experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was very poor, I wanted to warn hard working customers to think about where you spend your hard earned cash. Poor workmanship, average quality and poor service, our issues have been resolved now and we are satisfied with the product but it has taken 5 months since the original instalment date.
