Just received two more 5oz coins (UK) from Rome, Italy within 3 days. Powercoin really did go the extra mile to improve the standard Royal Mint's own packaging. Sent in a larger box with plenty of cushioning and "peanuts", coin capsule wrapped in cellophane to ensure it didn't pop out of the capsule during transit. Inner box stuffed with "peanuts" to ensure the wooden box didn't get damaged. It literally took me 8 minutes to unbox two 5oz coins. Still bery impressed with speed and service. Thank you Team Powercoin. 10/10 again. I'm so impressed I just order 3 more coins!!!!

"Disappointing Death Star coin"

Purchased a 1oz silver Death Star. This coin was advertised as ultra high relief, there is nothing high relief about it. Don’t believe a thing these people say. There’s plenty of dealers out there that don’t misrepresent what they sell . Avoid Powercoin and use someone else. Altogether a bad experience.

Absolutely awful service - when stuff goes wrong expect to be taken for a ride! Please do not trust these people with your money and read any 'positive' reviews with skepticism - could these be paid for or even powercoin employees? There are many reputable coin and bullion dealers out there, use them and give these jokers a very wide berth!

Thanks Ilaria for posting to this old review to see if there is anything you can do. But it has been two years since I left this review so you have missed the chance of putting anything right. Call me a cynic, but judging from powercoin's past performance, I wouldn't be a at all surprised if this was cynical ruse to try and fool potential customers reading this bad review that powercoin actually gives a sh!t and responded to me. And yes, even after two years I feel sufficiently motivated to come back to trustpilot to write this!

But Ilaria, if you are serious you have my email address so why don't email me and try to make things better. Readers, I will update here if any action is taken. Until then, steer clear, you have been warned! If no further updates, they did jack!

Ich bewerte meine Erfahrung mit Powercoin als sehr sehr schlecht. Die Preise scheinen gezielt gesteuert zu werden, sobald eine Münze verkauft wird, steigt der Preis rapide an. Zudem kann man oft nur eine Münze kaufen. Storniert man Käufe ( mehr al 3x ) wird man schriftlich beleidigt.
Das ist völlig inakzeptabel. Besser man kauft bei einem deutschen Händler, die sind seriös!!!
