The customer support of CC360 is simply unparalleled, not to mention the software itself being able to accomplish 99% of what I need.

I simply couldn't understand anybody wanting to use something else after being exposed to it.

Yup, big learning curve, but back to my original comment about customer support... fast, efficient, and thorough.

I've been having issues setting up notifications for my company. The issues occur because I was subscribed to lots of different types of software and things were complex. I am almost finished with the process of moving everything over to CC360, and it makes life easier. A lot easier. I'm utilizing the WhatsApp integration so my users get important notifications now. Great software.

I had an incredible experience with this company. What they offer is truly revolutionary, making everything simple to navigate and easy to use. Their platform is well-designed, and their team is incredibly personable—they genuinely want to help you succeed. You can tell they put a lot of effort into ensuring their users have the tools and support they need to grow.

Unfortunately, the timing just wasn’t right for me. I wasn’t quite ready to take full advantage of everything they offer, so I had to step away for now. But if you’re at a point where you’re ready to launch and scale a product, I highly recommend checking them out. Their resources and support are top-tier, and I can see how they would be a game-changer for the right person. I hope to come back in the future when I’m truly ready to make the most of it!

I believe the software is really good! It’s a great idea to have everything integrated. The reason I gave 4 stars is because there was a bumpy start with the support team at the time, possibly due to staff rotation, which affected the follow-up I expected. However, I now see that they have a great team. Hanzen, Ken, and Nico resolved my questions and issues.
One thing that has always stood out is their excellent attitude, from the founders to the entire support team. They are courteous and respectful. Plus, the software works well!
