I was on week two of my course when I saw issues raised by older members. Went on the bi weekly zoom and was able to obtain answers and remedies to those issues. This was a great confidence booster. Cheers to the team for greater support and guidance

This is a good training. Well organised and they help you on your journey with commitment. Lewis is knowledgeable. Its well structured course with helpful people who are open minded to lift each other up.
Its better to be prepared and be mentored and so I would say its one of the best I have come across.

"Disappointing"

I've never written a Trust Pilot review before but 9 months on since I joined DU, I feel I need to, so I can help someone like myself avoid making what I believe was a huge mistake. This is not a silver bullet and I wish I gave it my normal level of skepticism. When I signed up I don't believe there was a single negative review to help me, but after I joined I quickly found out this was because they discourage negative reviews and comments on their Facebook group with the threat of losing access to the content. As another reviewer commented, it's a bit "cultish", have confidence in your product if you believe it's good.
As I've not looked at the content for 7 months I'm willing to pay the price if it helps others make a more educated decision.

If I start with the positives the site/program does have an easy to understand and access approach and content, with everything clearly explained and accessible in video and text tutorials. Whilst I've worked in online retail for a number of years, and therefore have a good understanding of most of the concepts, I can see how anyone could "get it" if given enough time. The concepts and modules are also sequenced logically and provide somewhat of a structure even I needed, particularly those related to setting up the business.

However, where I think the service fundamentally falls down is that it doesn't offer anything you can't find out for free. Whilst I didn't expect them to do the work for me, or come up with the business idea, I did expect some level of access to market opportunity data and supplier contacts to justify the cost and not just direct me to Google search everything, or sign-up to a short-term free trial of another service. As someone within retail I know this data exists and knew how to access it, my concern was finding suppliers and DU didn't add any value here. As another has commented the "mentorship" is really lacking as they rely heavily on their community to answer questions rather than members of their team. Ultimately I lost interest with dead-end after dead-end of ideas and suppliers.

I've always viewed myself as quite skeptical of these "mentor" type schemes with high costs, unfortunately this one lured me in, possibly due to my own high expectations of what it could offer.

I would encourage you to search Google and Youtube on the concept of dropshipping and the type of data you'll need to identify a market opportunity such as search trends and search term data. Exhaust all free avenues of investigation, reach out to some suppliers, and then, if you still want to pursue it, and you're willing to pay for a bit more direction then consider this but don't expect this to be a down payment on your new business.
