Due to truck issues we had to anticipate our move a few hours.

They showed up right in time, got to work right away and we’re done loading everything in less than half hour.

After London traffic to the other side of London with me onboard. They unloaded the truck with no problem, made sure all our stuff was where we wanted to have it and that it traveled safely and left before 8:20, even though we were expecting them to work till 9:30.

They were nice, professional, didn’t waste any time and made sure everything travelled safely.

I would definitely use their services again.

It was a very quick and efficient booking service by Tom and the removal team on the day was fantastic!

They were little later than original start time due to traffic however the packing and disassembling was quickly done and ready to move to the new house on time.
We didn’t need to request extra hours, they went over the time a bit just to finish the job for us.

I will strongly consider to hire them again if we move in the future.

The team were really friendly and responsive to my queries before the move day. On the day the team called to let me know what time to expect them, packed up my belongings quickly into the van and offloaded everything well the other end. A really good experience - I would definitely use them again.
