"I ordered an afternoon tea letterbox…"

I ordered an afternoon tea letterbox with traditional fruited welshcakes, but what arrived was triple chocolate welshcakes. These tasted dry and really didn't match with the strawberry jam and clotted cream.
I wrote to the company to ask why they had supplied chocolate welshcakes instead of fruit ones but sadly received no reply.
