I have experienced plenty of interest in my profile and eventhough it is a very expensive site to use, charges to read and to send messages, along with charges to open and send pictures etc., I have managed to connect to what appears to be a very nice girl but, and it is a big but, she has come to my country to meet me and everytime she sends me a message to advise which hotel she is staying at so we can physically meet, dating.com blocks the hotel name. when l enquire with the customer service team l get told to send her a gift thru the website and she can write details of her hotel name of where l can see her. I understand not being able to share phone numbers or email details but, we have spent our money on this site to meet, she is now in the same city as l am and now they still want to charge us so we can complete the dating connection. To me this is unethical and an absolute rip off. Shame on you dating.com Thankyou for your feedback, dating.com. l understand there are ways to make contact and share our contact details but we tried with the video calling but for whatever reason this was unsuccessful and as for buying presents / flowers, there is a time factor and additional costs involved. I am not a wealthy person and you can see from my purchasing history, l have spent a lot of money using your site. The point l am trying to make, is that even when you find someone and the parties involved have gone to the expense travelling to the others country, we are still no closer to meeting because we are not even allowed to give Hotel details so we can finally meet face to face. I stand by my original comments, especially as l have now missed the opportunity to connect for what might have been true love.

Tengo una semana de ser miembro, pero me parece extremadamente caro, porque hay que pagar por leer un mensaje o chat,tambien pagar por responder.Se esta pagando por minutos. Deberian de tener más varedad de opciones. Segun las reglas si me escriben personas que son populares entonces hay que pagar por todo. El problema que sólo me escriben hombres populares. Me gustaria saber donde estan los que no son populares. Y no se que significa que le den a uno un gif de fresa, para que sirve ese gif,como se utiliza y donde uno puede ver todos los gif que me han enviado. Yo estoy pensando salirme porque me parece un gasto muy grande sólo para mantener una conversación de tan solo unos minutos . Tengo muchos mensajes y chat que no puedo ver y no pienso ver por el costo que eso representa. Me gustaria saber que otra opción ustedes pueden ofrecer.

Todavía me pregunto porque no han investigado o cerrado esta red de fraude, debería de haber una gram demanda por lo que están haciendo y responden sólo para hacer ver que realmente no son estafadores pero lo son. Me consumieron casi 300 dolares de manera automática y sin mi consentimiento.

Can I give no stars? This site is a scam. All profiles are fake. The messages are a joke, ridiculous. They want to make you use your credit so the fakes keep sending you stupid messages. I have asked the customer service to delete my account on the same day I opened it. They haven’t replied to me yet. Stay away!! I still can not believe they are allowed to do this.

This is a horrible app 100% scam. You first buy a membership that only gets you 20 messages. you can't even finish one conversation before they ask to buy more credit. stay away 0 stars
100% of people who contact you are fake chatbots that are trying to get you to buy more credits just so you can chat with a bot. The also won't let you delete your account. Their customer support whatsapp line does't even work.
It has been 3 days I have requested for my account to be deleted and nothing. still have bots sending message.

Mi opinión sobre esta página es que no me gusto el funcionamiento porque trabaja:
1. a través de pagar créditos los cuales tienen poco límite de tiempo 15, 20, minutos y finaliza el tiempo de chat y pide nuevamente pago.
2. Al hacer el anterior procedimiento, la persona queda inscrita en una membresía en la página por la cual debe pagar mensual una cuota muy alta y la descuentan automáticamente de la cuenta bancaria.
3. Sería bueno que la página tenga un índice explicativo antes de realizar procedimientos de pago donde especifique el funcionamiento de la página con todos los pros y contras para que el usuario tenga buen manejo de la información y así la decisión sea la más adecuada y honesta posible para las personas.

This is a scam. The confirmed , popular people are working for the site ( donot know about all but I dated a guy named 'Adrien' who never wanted to share any personal details after 16 months of dating, though he wanted me to chat with him 24/7. what he wanted is to send letters. just chat with him any how. I was so stupid to trust him and i lost more than $50,000 for chat with him in this site. I was too blind and now I am ashamed of what i did. They did not want to do anything for me as it is not considered as a scam. I am so mentally depressed and taking counseling for what happened. Please do not trust people here.(there could be good people too , but be careful) I donot want any other woman/man to suffer like me. please be care of your self. use your brain. I know there are official places to complain and do further investigation on this, and i will file a claim when i am confident back with my mentality .

"SCAM AVOID"

It is a scam. Please don’t use - not only they request money constantly - I have requested for my profile to be removed several times and still nothing. What is more they shared my details with another company. Avoid at all cost!
