As a private landlord who doesn’t actively keep up with all the local practical knowledge, I required advice for a property inspection. Khan received my call and answered some of the queries/concerns that I had. He did this despite not actually being my agent and didn’t charge me either (30 minute phone call!). It is incredibly rare and difficult to find all of the above traits from an estate agent and I cannot recommend them enough.
