Chilli Apple took over my Magento 1-2 upgrade from my previous developer who was unable to finish the job.

They completed the work in a fraction of the time it took the old developer and even completed tasks he said were impossible.

Our website is built in Prestashop, and finding credible developers to maintain and progress the site was very difficult once we had made the decision to move on from our current developer.

Chilli Apple initially upgraded and re-themed our site to a very high standard with excellent communication throughout. We went live with the update (which was quite a major undertaking as it had not been done for some time and a lot had changed) right at the beginning of the COVID fiasco. Despite this, the service we received was excellent, and all bug fixes were dealt with quickly and efficiently, with first class communication throughout.

We have signed up with Chilli Apple on one of their subscriptions and look forward to a long and successful working relationship. Our new account manager seems very on the ball and has no problem liaising with my team or SEO agency.
