In general, the Umbrella company provides good service. Fast registration of all documents via email. The company quickly answers all questions. But, a minus for me is a paid call to the company to find out why the payment was delayed. It is also not clear why the salary came then on Monday, then on Friday. Also, the accountant confused the tax code, and because of this, the company sent me the wrong amount of money. It is good that I always check and count all the numbers and I have noticed a mistake. The company quickly corrected its mistake. In general, I would recommend this company, but I would advise you to pay attention to the correctness of numbers in the documents done by the company.

When signing up the peron I spoke to did not seem a good advert for the company.However, I decided to ignore this and give Umbrella a try and must say whenever I have requested something from them I have recieved it almost instantly. Which has been very satisfying. Also I find the user portal easy to navigate

I have used umbrella.co.uk both as accountants for my limited company and as an umbrella company. Support has been excellent and payments on time. I would say that they are a little more expensive than others for their services, but cannot fault them and their staff's professionalism and courtesy.

Can't recommend them. Good sales patter, plenty of hollow promises but don't deliver (I ended up doing the work myself) and I certainly had no confidence that were acting in my best interests. Ended up leaving and going with another company who are actually doing what they say.
If I could give them a lower rating, I would.
