Great service, friendly and professional from start to finish, Richard, Graham and Brett were all very helpful and kept us informed at every stage.
Left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day and a full clean up done when they finished the job.

"Composite Fencing…"

I recently had composite fencing installed after struggling to find a company to suit my needs. Richard and his team were incredibly professional and helpful through the whole process. Martin and Darryl who installed the fencing worked efficiently to get the job done which provided great results. They were friendly and any issues I had were quickly resolved. "Transforming an old wall and concrete slab"

Northern Deckline have completely transformed our rear garden installing decking over an old concrete slab and crumbly wall. Darryl and Martin did an excellent job and didn't mind answering my numerous questions about how they would complete various elements of the job and in freezing conditions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northern Deckline to anyone thinking of installing decking. Very professional from start to finish.

"Northern Deckline have just completed…"

Northern Deckline have just completed my outdoor decking in a lovely shade of grey. I am extremely happy with the completed job. The whole experience from the quote to the booked installation was an easy experience. The men turned up on time and worked tirelessly in the pouring rain and did a fantastic professional job. They cleaned up each day, took all my old decking away and even put my furniture back for me.
I would definitely recommend this company and whilst it is an expensive purchase I look forward to not ever having to get a paint brush out again

"Sales superb, after care non existent - be warned..."

Bought my new decking from them - took 7 months from order to installation. Work by the team was great, cleaned up the old mess and it looked fabulous.

A month later I notice the balustrades were no longer straight, the fixings were rusting and the top caps were falling off. The plastic coating had also started to peel too.

Contacted Ben Robinson, I can testify at least 10 times - it took 3 months for the team to return to review my observations - but they agreed with me - there was a quality issue with the decking.

So again I contacted Ben Robinson, very apologetic, promised to send the team round to fix. Let me say now, I have had his apologies 10 times, no one has been and its not sorted. You have been warned.

Seems the guarantee is on decking boards not the balustrades or workmanship.

I am not happy, they do not care, you have been warned.

Curtis and Marvin did an excellent job of installing our decking and it looks fantastic. They left the place spotless and even briefly helped me with a couple of DIY jobs I was doing outside whilst they were there. Recommended!
