"My Trainer is very helpful to me…"

My Trainer is very helpful to me in understanding the concept of ITIL V4 foundation. Sessions were very interactive and lively. He gave me various examples to understand the concepts and has also taken me through some videos from the coursebook and other from YouTube that he directed me to, that are helping me in understanding it better. Currently doing the Exams practices samples and I hope and greatly believe I shall make it to the top. I am very grateful and thankful to Arshad Kamal for his support.

I had a great experience with Koenig and trainer Tarun. I was sitting the Cisco SDWAN ENSDWI 300-415 course during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tarun was very knowledgeable and the content provided was better than Cisco's online labs and videos. The labs were a fantastic way to apply the theory but at times were a bit unresponsive. It just meant patience was required when tackling Cisco's GUI.

Thanks to Tarun and Koenig I was able to pass the Cisco 300-415 ENSDWI exam. If you are reading this review, I strongly recommend you contact Koenig and get cracking on that certification you're studying for!

Increasing the course duration by another day would have made this session better.
