A wonderful railway. Amazing staff. Fabulous walks. Just a brilliant day from start to end and so very very cheap.

I booked my tickets online. It was not my first time on the train, but it was for my grandchildren, they had a great day, and we stopped off at the falls for a pot of tea and a walk, we then continued back to Tywyn station.

Friendly staff, great train and pretty route. Great hop on hop off service, lovely walking in between and hotel pit stop for sandwich lunch and cake was tasty!

Informative,well laid out website;easy to navigate even for a novice like me,Easy to purchase items as well(tickets).Webcams are fun,gives a good sense of the railway,maps useful.

I was impressed with the whole experience - wonderfully shining engines, dedicated volunteers at every small halt, fascinating facts on the literature, great cafe, interesting museum.
Signage from Tywyn Station itself would have been helpful.

Getting there was great drive along with the picturesque views and presence of great people working at the historic station.
