"Poor dismissive service"
Booked a service and was advised to bring the bike in a few days early. Sadly I was a day late (flight delayed on holiday) I was told I would need to rebook. I explained I would have to walk back with the bill 1.5miles but he couldn’t face cared less. They now have a lack of storage apparently (despite asking me to bring the bike in early!) it was a folding bike took up no space at all. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

extremely helpful and efficient. despite attending to other customers they managed to fix my repair within 24 hours.
