"Excellent customer service"

I was hugely impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Stitch Rowing. After ordering a vest, I realised the timeframe might be tight for me to receive it before heading overseas, but one phone call and a couple of days later my vest had arrived! I am delighted with both the product and the customer service - thank you so much!

Fabric not very black. Looks quite thin. Lettering very small. Lettering very expensive for the size that it is.

The customer service for Stitch is AMAZING! I had an issue with my last order, and they not only fixed the problem but also went the extra mile to make a new item for me and then made sure my order was correct. Stitch is a great company.

The kit making and delivery is faster but the fit compared to other brands isn’t very good. My aio was is tight in the legs and very loose around my shoulders this is odd as it is a size down on another brands kit I have yet feels bigger.
