"Il posto giusto per imparare il francese "

Un’esperienza formativa e ben strutturata. La scuola ricopre ogni necessità di apprendimento, dal ragazzo in età scolastica, all’adulto che ha necessità per lavoro o esigenze di vita. Con insegnanti madrelingua pronti ed attenti agli studenti.
Antibes è un piccolo gioiello, una cittadina che fa sognare, con bel mare, comodità e divertimento… non si può chiedere di più ad una vacanza studio.

"The school is a rip off"

Last year we sent our son to Centre International d'Antibes in Antibes for a French language course. I posted a one star review that the school keeps on replying to, presumably to discredit my review. However, I don't want this review to be buried amongst others, so hence me repeating the issues here. The host family did not engage with the children and the man in the couple did not speak French as his first language. The boys were eating breakfast and dinner on their own and hence spoke english to each other. The host family lived half an hour away from the centre of Antibes with infrequent public transport, so the boys could not eat at home and then also go out in Antibes in the evenings. We ended up covering their meals in Antibes so they had a chance to experience the city. We sent three boys and two of the boys did not have proper French lessons in the school, but played games and were allowed on their phones whenever they wanted, which was obviously distracting. The food was poor and scarce both at the host family and at the school. I do not recommend anyone sending their child to this school.

"Pessima esperienza, MAI PIÙ!!!"

NON ISCRIVERE I VOSTRI FIGLI!!!!!, saranno abbandonati. Organizzazione pessima. L'alloggio è datato ed è sporco, si mangia malissimo, hanno proposto un piatto (coucous) per tre giorni ai bambini, e quelli che vogliono il Bis, vengono sgridati. Attività programmate a caso, senza obbiettivi e in caso di annullamento di un'attività, non hanno mai un piano B anche se l'attività è stata programmata e pagata dalle famiglie. Io non ci ritorno mai piu. Per fortuna ero con i miei alunni, allora sono riuscito ad organizzare le uscite e le attività con loro, altrimenti, ho visto gli altri bambini, abbandonati sulle panchine al caldo, con il cellulare, perché non possono accedere alle camere (sporche con arredamenti datati). Le lezioni, pare meglio (parole degli alunni) ma il resto da evitare assolutamente. Ah, dimenticavo, non offrono la merenda, i ragazzi devono pagare la merenda e l'acqua, direi con tutti i soldi che hanno speso!

I liked the Castel Arabel a lot and my room with the balcony was very pretty.
Unfortunately the food was bad and I wished for more waterbottles because the water from the water tap tasted like chlor.
The lessons were good and the visits of Cannes and Nice were ok. We didn’t have enough free time in the cities. And the excursion to Iles De Lerins was cool, but there we didn’t have enough free time either.
One of the highlights of the two weeks was to go to Antibesland at night.
I liked the stay in Antibes a lot and maybe I will come a second time.

"Vacanza studio"

Accoglienza buona e corsi di studio ottimi per imparare il francese. Insegnante Kathy eccellente. Le elezioni sono coinvolgenti e il divertimento è assicurato. Si entra in contatto con diverse culture e lingue vista l'internazionalizzazione dell'istituto. Non ho usufruito ne della mensa ne dell'alloggio.
