"Poor Communication & Delivery Service"

Poor delivery service. Received shipping confirmation December 11th, but carrier did not receive until December 16th. This was after I reached out to customer service as this was a Christmas gift. Arrived December 21st. Fragrance arrived in good condition but due to the poor service I will most likely not order from GiftExpress again. This was my first purchase from them.
