Edited: Bravo Wrapango. Thank you for taking care of this. The history is below but the company saw my complaint and corrected it. I am not sure why it was not done the first time but it is done now. I can get rid of that hose. The responded right away to my first review. Thank you Trust Pilot.
My story: i bought their garden hose and it does not screw onto anything. The ends do not have a piece that fits on a faucet. I emailed and called and they said they would refund my purchase and they felt badly. I called in April 2023; it is June 2023. They advertise 3-4 day shipping. However, it takes them at least 3-4 days to leave their warehouse. If lucky the products will arrive in 11-15 days. Their site reviews are only what the admin approves, so negative reviews are not displayed. One thing they are fast at is flooding your email with more offers.

"The perfect seat for wild child in a Jeep."

This seat was perfect. I've already tried it out and it worked oerfect to keep my 7 year old special needs son in place. Customer service was amazing. Quick to respond, very helpful, the tracking was always accurate. I received better info and help than i have from any big box store order or any other online ordering company. We are very happy with our purchase of the outdoor pest control lights. In previous years deer have devoured our hosta and many other plants. These solar powered, ultrasonic lights are doing their job. Our hosta is flourishing.

"Best picture clarity on the market!"

When I first received the camera it sat on the counter for days. It didn't seem like much. When I had issues hooking up to the wifi I was disappointed, so I forgot about it. When I needed it I was able to get it to work with little trouble. Our home router automatically picks up the necessary frequency (2.4) on its own, I was shocked at the clarity of the picture! Crystal clear would be an understatement. Unfortunately I wanted to use it in the garage to keep an eye on what was coming through the doggie door but it was just too dark. I wish it had sound but for the size, for the price? BEST small camera out there! How do I know? This is my 5th and final try at finding a decent 1.Yayy

"Company follow up is great"

Company follow up is great! The solar powered motion activated animal repellent have bee successful in reducing the squirrels and birds digging in our mulch but more importantly has eliminated our resident coyote who showed up every night. We ordered 3 of these and placed as directed. We are very happy with the result and the company has been very thorough with their follow through on making sure we were happy with the purchase.

"I bought hidden cameras"

I bought hidden cameras. However, the hidden cameras require them to be plugged in at all times. How can you hid a camera with a long cord attached. I requested a return and full refund 4 times so far and I’m met with we send you 1/2 and you can have 1/2 in store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FAIR RETURN. Major ripoffs!!!
