I did not like my order and sent an email (which is what they said to do) to get a return authorization. I have never gotten an email back so now I'm stuck with this item

I wanted to make a return and emailed the request at least five times. No response.

I received exactly what I ordered in a tiny manner and the quality was solid.

Gift said it was whit but it was grey.

I ordered directly through the company so as not to support Amazon but it was fulfilled by Amazon anyway. Also, both items I received, when assembled were not level and impossible to become so, even after taking apart and reassembling different ways. The pieces look nice but are wobbly on the table and just disappointing.
