I must applaud the Online Staff at Optomo Pty Ltd in understanding my problems with selecting a the wrong size of a very good knee brace for my left knee. I had only used it once but found it was difficult to gauge the fitting unless one try's it out actually moving actively in walking and climbing and decending staircases with hampering the hygienic requires for a product replacement.
