"Rip off"

I placed an order with Assignment4U based on the glowing reviews I've read. However, my experience was very different and I wonder if these reviews are real.

My assignment was in software engineering. The first draft was really bad. Most of the assignment requirements were incomplete, and when they were done, they were either completely wrong or of very poor quality. It is hard to believe that they were written by "experts".

Here are a few examples:
• One of the requirements consisted in suggesting an architectural design for the software. The expert submitted a process flow for how a user would register / log out. This shows they had no clue what architectural design is, which is concerning for a supposed expert in software engineering.

• Another requirement consisted in submitting a very detailed list of requirements for a specific part of the software. At first, they wrote requirements that were already given as part of the brief, so totally useless. Eventually, they redid it, but they didn't even do half a page. As I had to redo the work, I can tell it was far from enough as I ended up with 4 pages of very detailed requirements.

I asked them to work on the assignment two more times, and eventually had to allow them to work on it beyond the deadline. The result was underwhelming and I ended up having to work very hard ny whole weekend to actually redo the whole work and submit an assignment that would be acceptable. I might have barely reused 20% of the content they wrote, and when I did, it's only because I was stuck and didn't know the answer, rather than for the quality of the content.

In summary, don't let the good reviews fool you. They are most likely fake. The service is appalling and I am now fighting to get at least an 80% refund of the £350 I paid. After 50+ email exchanges in a week, all they say is "we will forward your concerns to the relevant department", no ETA after asking for it many times. At a point they even went to offer me a 10% discount off my next order (as if I was ever going to reorder with them) as a final compensation. Absolutely disgusting and they should not be allowed to operate in the UK. I will absolutely take whatever legal action I need to take to get a refund

Worst experience. I don't recommend this and I know really good websites those are far better than this one. This site is a wastage of time and money as well.

"Complete scam and a waste of money"

Do NOT be fooled by the ghost accounts leaving 5-star reviews.
I had paid 180USD for an assignment where the agent reassured me it would be sent by the agreed due date. 24 Hours later after the due date and multiple emails later, I had asked for a refund to which they have never answered back to. When I contacted a different email from them explaining to not bother sending the assignment as it is of no use to me after the due date, they gave me the same response everyone had been giving - "we will get back to you soon". Only they never do.
Total scam and a waste of money, you can tell they have no regard for their customers at all. Even after not upholding their side of the agreement they do not refund you.

"Such a bad service"

Such a bad service! I sent them a detailed spreadsheet for a interview presentation and needed the data sorted and formatted. They produced my assignment 2 days late and wrong. Then they said they wouldn't charge me for the revisions. I got help on it from someone who does reporting and the revised version they sent back completely wrong again. Asked for refund because it was late and produced wrong....and I sent them the right calculations and they would not refund any of my payment even for the fact it arrived 2 days late! Asked for callback never happened ! This is a total unprofessional organization that doesn't back up their product or when it arrives!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

However, after contacting them and canceling the assignment, they refused to refund me. I’ve contacted PayPal, as they told me they initiated the refund, but PayPal said they haven’t.
