We randomly found this website and thought of giving it a go as we like the idea behind it all.
We ordered the afternoon tea as a wedding anniversary gift and it was a total hit with the parents. They couldn’t stop raving about the food, the quantity but importantly the quality!
It was hand-delivered and they did a little hand written note.
So pleased we found you- Will be placing another order later this month.

Very poor my sister ordered this for me for my birthday arrived late was worried when the cool pad to keep the milk cool was warm so was the milk and orange juice so I had to bin both as wouldn’t risk drinking sour products. So then when tasting the bread it was like rubber buns and croissant stale. How they’ve can claim fresh produce. So only had eggs jam and tea that were edible rest had to binned and not in the slightest bit interested in rectifying the problem. Will never recommend as poor customer service.

Review 100% genuine. You have had 3 weeks to resolve this issue. And this is all you can say in reply shocking.


Concerning the latest reply a few corrections to what you have stated. Gift ordered on a Thursday. The parcel was on a 24hr service you posted on the following Monday the parcel did not arrive with me until Wednesday that’s 48 hours??? You then took 2 weeks to offer a 50% discount on a further purchase. Yes resolved positively in your favour my sister is out of pocket for a gift that was inedible. So you clearly do not listen to customer complaints and certainly do not deal with them.
