It was daunting experience thinking about how much of a mortgage my partner and I could comfortably afford together and which mortgage lender to use. However, after a call to mortgage pathways and speaking to Mark Finch, we were given information, advice and guidance on what we could afford to allow us to decide on house type we could go for with our builder of choice. Mark was very helpful, spent time thoroughly answering our many questions and I can’t recommend them enough!

After correcting them on multiple occasions they still spelt my name wrong a lot!
Even spelt my email wrong which resulted in me not receiving the emails for my mortgage!
I even sent them they correct way of spelling it and my passport and they have still been spelling my name wrong! Absolute joke having to send everything back to get my name spelt correctly which should have been done correctly in the first place :)

Didn't do anything that I couldn't do myself. They got me a mortgage the same as the one I found online, and pretty much only filled in the paperwork. As soon as it had gone to the bank I was on my own, I expected more help being a first time buyer and paying £375 upfront. Also didn't expect them to try and sell additional insurance I didn't need. Danielle said she'd be in touch nearer completion to help look at house insurance (which I didn't need help with tbh) and I didn't hear anything. Better off going direct to a bank or using a free service. Once they get the paperwork in and sorted, that's it.

Recently used mortgage pathways for a new build home as first time buyers we didn’t no much but Alex literally has been a life saver I’ve contacted him multiple times outside outside of work hours and he’s never turned me out , absolute gent of a man and couldn’t recommend enough , I’d buy the man a beer if I ever met him.
