"FANTASTIC PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
My experience with Personal Match UK was great! me and Naseem baji sat down and made a profile first , she wanted to know exactly the kind of person i was looking for and tailored her search for me exactly, the meetings were set up in a very professional yet comfortable environment and every step of the way she asked me for feedback and if i was happy with the way everything was going. For me personally i feel she helped me tremendously and definitely helped me find my future husband, id highly recommend this service to anyone looking to get married.

"Highly recommend"
I was initially very skeptical about using a match making service and I thought that it was a 'last resort' however I gave it a chance and I actually met my spouse through the service!
The team were very professional and helpful throughout. I would recommend for anyone looking!

"I was nervous about joining a match…"
I was nervous about joining a match making service, but they made it really easy for me and I was comfortable when meeting my
matches.

"Extortionate prices for less than mediocre service!"
The customer service and client care is way below any decent professional standard. Communication is severely lacking and business practice is highly unprofessional.
The 'bespoke' service they claim to offer consists of an initial phone call in which your requirements are carefully noted and then duly thrown out of a window, never to be seen again. Instead you are paired with people who are precisely what you specified you were not looking for. The response when you attempt to bring this up? "you must be flexible and compromise and not be so picky". This does then bring into question the need for any "requirements" at all!
It is no surprise then that matches are haphazard and ill-thought out, if indeed at all. Meetings seems more akin to a conveyer belt service with clients rotating around a room of people who share only the decade in which they were born. With a price tag nearing the thousand mark, it wouldn't seem too demanding to expect something a little (or a lot) more 'personal'.
Each meet is presented to you as a favour which you should quietly, humbly and gratefully accept whilst nodding to periodic reminders (accompanied by a hefty sigh) that it is with great effort and cost that these meets are being arranged for you (approx £80 a meet to be exact...of YOUR hard earned cash).
Communication is horrendous to the point of disrespect. Clients are spoken down to and the attitude in the face of any criticism or indeed feedback not of the positive variety is instant defensiveness, quickly making the atmosphere standoffish. Conversations with the management are uncomfortable and your opinions and thoughts, although mechanically asked for, are undermined, dismissed or indeed ignored and responsibility is always deflected to avert blame - "well that's not our fault/in our control" is a very common response to almost any qualm. It would be interesting to know which part of providing the service is in their control!
Meets are disorganised. You are sternly warned that arriving more than 10 minutes after your allotted time will forfeit your meets and you will be charged. But upon your punctual arrival you are often left waiting for up to 30 minutes to meet your match. If you think any professional business management would at this point readily apologise for the delay, you can think again - noticeably more so if you happen to be female (males are, it must be said, treated with a higher degree of care). When you are finally hurried from your chair to be taken to your meet, you are ushered up with the reminder that they are obliged to stay on schedule. Anyone else utterly confused?
To add insult to time-wasting injury, clients are constantly told rather than politely asked to do things ("you need to go and speak to..." "if you just stay here") - the tone is condescending and highly unprofessional and some of these clients are fathers and mothers way into their thirties and forties!
If that wasn't enough, there is a startling lack of transparency in business practice. "Policies" seem to change every month and none of these "policies" are then adhered to at all. Deadlines are missed and messages are never sent and the burden always seems to fall on the clients to take the action. A single day is allotted for all clients to call in for information regarding their meets (it is apparently not their job to inform you of the meets you have paid them to organise, a simple text it seems is too much) and if you are for any infinite number of reasons, unable to call in on this one single day, no information whatsoever is then given to you regarding your meets.
The seemingly impressive statistics advertised seem to be those carried over from the early years of the business and testimonials are almost always from the very first meeting with management when you are cornered into providing instant face-to-face feedback.
Perhaps a good initiative but poorly executed and overly priced.
