Great product and wonderful back up support. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I found this company on eBay and they showed a huge range of softeners and although the choice is personal they did offer guidance as to what you required. The item arrived very quick and was well packed plus the fitting instructions were well explained and easy to follows as with the setting up procedure. One slight niggle was the very stiff connection hoses which was a bit difficult to manipulate otherwise no problem.As for the product itself all is working well but only the test of time will tell.

"An excellent, easy to fit softener plus, a handy tip"

An excellent softener. This one is a replacement for my old one that stopped working after 20 odd years. So, as the basic plumbing was already installed, and the case is the same size as the old one, fitting was a doddle; plus it came with all the connectors I needed.

It has a monitored regeneration cycle, so you don't waste salt when you don't use the water, but when the usage goes up, visitors for instance, then the regeneration cycle cuts in to cover the extra usage.

I wasn't sure which model was best for me; so I phoned the contact number and spoke to the boss who gave me good advice, which enabled me to make the correct choice.

A Tip: Mine is fitted in a fairly awkward recess, so filling was very fiddly, until I bought an old fashioned "coal hod"; now I just fill the hod from the salt bag, then fill the softener from the hod. No spillage, much easier.
