"Slow delivery for price paid "

With delivery being £12 for a light weight package. I made the foolish assumption that it must be on a speedy delivery service.
However, I was wrong. It was sent via Evri (no problem) but to send it on their economy service which would have cost £2-3 I was a bit disappointed with.

I have ordered display product for my business. Four weeks after I placed my order I was still chasing it's whereabouts. Then half the order was delivered. I am still to receive the rest 5 weeks later. The worst part is they have now gone silent, the customer service WhatsApp gets read but no one replies. All very dodgy. Terrible company

My 2nd order with my shopfitting, ordered late on Friday and dispatched same day, I have spoken with them on both occasions and they are a friendly bunch who want to deliver excellence (and they have on both occassions).

I had issues purchasing online however I was called the next day by Wahab and he solved my problem and my order was dispatched by next day delivery. Their customer service is great and I highly recommend them. Their prices are very competitive and for the supplies I need they have a wide selection which is great!
