"Extremely professional"
Proclinical was great to work with! Eloise was my recruiter contact. She provided me with details regarding a position I was looking at. She also stepped me through the interview process and provided insights along the way.
Eloise worked hard to help prep me for interviews and salary negotiations. The process was extensive.
Eloise and Christian were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with!
I ended up accepting the position and have recently started!
Overall, I would highly recommend Proclinical!

"Damian Albera was a very great…collaborator and communicator"
Damian Albera was a very great recruiter to work with. He was laid back, yet informative and responsive to my needs and questions. He gave great feedback and encouragement and, importantly, worked with his contacts at Stemline to help ensure they saw my value as a potential candidate. I would recommend him very highly!

"Proclinical TOP!"
I've been hired through Proclinical and I have used Proclinical to hire staff for my team in the years 2021/2022 in the in vitro diagnostics market. All interactions with Proclinical people were 100% professional. The results were 100% satisfying. This is a recommendable recruiting company, fulfiling highest expectations in a sensitive area.

"While I am very grateful for the job…"
While I am very grateful for the job that has come from the position the recruitment process, I believe, could have been a lot less cumbersome. A few things really stick out in my head. My recruiter was very vocal, he would reach out at least once a day to touch base about something. It became slightly frustrating. The day of my in person interview, the recruiter called before the interview to ask "if I felt ready." I understand the sentiment, but I am a grown adult. I do not need a stranger asking if I am ready for an interview. Even if I had said I wasn't ready, how would they respond? I want to be clear, the recruiter was always respectful and kind.
Once I was offered the job, I felt pushed to accept it as soon as possible. I finally did accept it, and then I became more familiar with ProClinical and much more frustrated. I was asked to submit to a background check which I did without hesitation.
The background check asked for 7 years of job history, which seems excessive, but I obliged. A few days later, I received an email requesting paystubs or W2's for every single job I listed. That was an unnecessary and excessive request. The Bar Association does not require those documents of their applicants, why on earth does a recruiting company need it?
I did not have all of that information and they required me to provide phone numbers to managers or the buildings in which I worked. Something they easily could have done themselves.
Finally, once everything was approved, I needed to fill out an I9. This was being asked for on the Friday before my start date. Had I not been able to make time I do not know what would have happened.
I had to bike across the city to meet with a ProClinical staff member outside of a starbucks to have them look at my passport. The meeting lasted at MOST 4 minutes. I total waste of my time. I could have scanned the document and emailed it over.
Overall, I think that this company needs to take a step back. I believe they need to ask less of their contractors before they have even been hired. I think they should reconsider the information they demand for background checks, and be a little more flexible.
