Great company to buy loose gems. This is my third purchase from them and they have always been on time sending the product. Their gems are fantastic and much cheaper than purchasing them where I am from (Melbourne Australia).
I look forward to purchasing more loose gems from Israel Diamonds in the future.

The purchase was great! Gil Paz was very kind. He answered all my numerous questions quickly. The quality of the ring is perfect.The declared quality of the stone completely concided. Delivery of the ring took 2 days to the USA after production. I was interested in the expert's opinion from my familiar jeweler after receiving the ring. He confirmed that the ring was made very well and the stone was exactly what I ordered.

J’étais un peu inquiet à l’idée de realiser un achat de bijou à l’étranger, n’étant pas familier des démarches douanières etc… L’accompagnement du site a été parfait de l’achat à la livraison, assurant avec moi des contacts réguliers et à chaque étape du processus (montage, expédition, estimation, assurance, douane…). J’ai opté pour un forfait integrant le paiement et les formalités douanières, mais celui-ci n’a finalement pas été utile, alors ils sont eux-memes revenus vers moi pour m’en informer et me rembourser.
Le bijou est exactement celui que je desirais, tout est parfait !

Fantastic customer support, especially working with their VP of Sales, Gil. Very reasonable prices, couldn't ask for a better company or more professional team to work with. Highly recommend. After struggling to find a perfectly sized pair of half moon side diamonds, Israel Diamonds patiently gave me almost a dozen options to choose from. They then offered to custom cut an existing pair of diamonds for me to make the size exactly right. They did this at no extra cost and the results were 10/10 perfect.
