Feel scammed. In a last spin of bonus game in Luck of Panda by Netgame the game turned off. I can't play this game any more to claim winning of the bonus. I did contacted support 3 times. The problem is not fixed.please do not tell me about cleaning Cache or cookies. I did try to login on 4 different devices. I have played in a lot of casinos over the years, and sadly my experience one ybets was on of the worst in terms of RTP. I deposited around 2300€ over a few smaller transactions and was not able to come anywhere even near this money. Of course, in the end the bank always wins, but I want to at least have the feeling of "I can play a while with my money, going up and down". I was able to hit 1k€ once, that must have been very lucky, because aside of that, ALL (and believe me, I had a lot) of free spins barely scratched the 40x mark.

I made deposits of 275 euros in the casino and managed to win 6800 euros,I set a limit in my profile so I can only play 10 euros,when i tried to withdraw the money they purposely delayed and canceled my withdraws and asked me to sent documents for kyc which is fine but they said said they will sent my game session to the provider and it will take 10 working days to have it checked,of course they did that knowing that I would lose the money in this timeframe and thats why I had set the limit,the problem is while they have the limit tool in their site and it seems that you set a limit it actually doesn't work and they dont disclose it anywhere so in the end they let me lose everything while i should only be able to lose 10 euros.Avoid the casino at all costs they are profiting from addiction.
