J’ai voulu bien évidemment retirer mais gains et quel fut pas ma surprise de voir mon compte bloqué "par ́es fournisseur de jeux" et tenez vous bien, cela fais maintenant 4mois que c’est ainsi. There is no reason that my account and my gameplay shouldn't pass the verification with flying colors so I have no issues there and honestly don't know why anyone would have an issue there unless they were engaging in questionable activity. I will update my review here with details on the outcome when it is complete.

Edited to add: I'm very happy to say that within 12 hours of being notified that my withdrawal was pending a provider review, my account was cleared for withdrawals and I was able to successfully withdraw my winnings to my crypto wallet! A+ experience all around!

They said that they were gonna hold my payout because they needed to send it to the games provider so it would be at least two weeks and previously when I had to cash out their maximum limit is $1000 withdrawal which is very low. They must be small and they just held my pay out the second time I won so they can go away. I wouldn’t play there again ever.
