The staff are really friendly. They speak to you as if they know you. This is a positive for me as it makes me feel at ease. Contacting through social media was quick and easy as I tend not to make phone calls when I don't have to. I was also messaged all throughout the day.

Liked the quality of my stickers and embroidered hoodie and communication wasn’t bad, however when asking a question regarding having a new hoodie sent out due to being way oversized I was not answered on 2 occasions so disappointed there.
