Had an enquiry for a cake delivery, where I asked for a quote to work out costings. Before I was able to give an answer the man who I was speaking to, hurried me of the phone, and said he going as he has another call to attend to. I was really surpised at how rude he was.
Whether he felt he was able to help me as a potential customer or not, the least he could have done was be polite until the end of the phone call.

I was really up against it as it was a time critical delivery. Rock Solid collected the stuff within an hour of it being ready and delivered it 5 hours drive away well within the promised time. They must be the most efficient and hassle free carrier in the UK!
