Great experience with the online loan process. Had to call Krish because i didn’t see any progress with my application and it had already been 7 hours since I applied. Once on the phone with Krish, he had my application approved and payed out within 20 mins

Most of my experiences have been good. My only complaint is that all my applications have taken longer than 60 minutes and in some cases days. I end up calling to find out why and it’s usually because they need more info from me. It would be easier to provide the info needed if I knew about it. Communication could definitely use some work. Usually when people apply for a payday loan they are already stressed and need the money, lack of communication and extended wait times only add to that.
