I have used cheap supplements for approx 6 months. And had one issue, where they forgot to put 2 extra items. Upon calling them and speaking to one of the representatives. The matter was dealt with immediately. I was very very happy with the outcome. Thats what I call customer care!

The second time round I was promptly contacted by them to inform me they couldn't complete the full order and provided alternate options, to which I replied. I believe the order was then despatched that same day so no complaints from me!
