Dear Instaforex, I want to switch to EU company due to my move to Germany and have already registered an account. Do I have to re-verify?

Sadly, my client ID: 15785032 got deposited 291 USD in installments. The client even did not start trade and today balance turned into negative.
It is a great disappoinment. Company dishonestly and fraudulently turned the deposit into negative.
