I've ordered from Smile Boosters a few times and so far things have gone smoothly - with my order being accurate and sent out quickly. This time the order was sent out promptly but arrival was delayed due to the backlog of Easter parcels with AP. That is out of SBs control and I understand. The issues I had with SB were: 1. I did not know if the parcel was to come by mail or parcel post. 2. They did not send me or include the tracking number on my invoice. 3. I emailed SB to ask for a tracking number and they did not reply. Eventually my parcel was delivered. Although I'm not impressed this time, I will most likely buy from SB again but customer service could be improved by including tracking info and responding to emails.

Bought 3 packs of PURR Xylitol gum to try. They came so quickly and the flavours are amazing! However the shipping costs were almost not worth the purchase. Definitely going to stock up on my next order to make it worth while
