Very good selection of rugs. Easy to navigate web-site. When pad arrived without rug, an on-line chat revealed that the rug was shipped separately. Both pad and rug arrived undamaged and in reasonable time. After selecting a particular rug, I tried to find it for a lower price on other web-sites, but CarpetMart had the best price with free shipping. Five stars!!!
