I found the range I wanted on their web site and as they had a showroom, I went along to see the products for myself. The staff were very helpful. Back home, I checked my room measurements and ordered on-line.
My order was delivered next day (Friday was the delivery day for my area). Delivery driver was also very helpful.
On checking the goods, one of the taps was damaged so contacted 4Bathrooms by phone and a replacement was delivered after the weekend.

Could not ask for more.

Ordered the product, paid the additional charge for next day delivery, and there it was. Impressed by the pallet packaging with cling film. Double ended bath installed and looks great. I ordered from this company ,after unable to locally locate a 1800x 700 ish bath,found an 1800x750mm on there site, looked ideal, so I placed the order, was a bit anctious what the bath would be like? as it was a very reasonable price, I then had an e mail advising the items had been dispatched, then a call from the delivery company saying they would be delivering the friday morning,bell went at 9.00 with bath etc, very helpful delivery chap,offloaded it at rear for me.bath is very good and solid, works a treat,deffo be happy to use again. thanks guys, well pleased!

I was fitting a new bathroom and decided to order online for the first time. I was a bit nervous spending so much money and not seeing my items before buying.

All of the items, bath, shower screen, sink, toilet etc arrived after 3 days and my shower and taps were to be sent direct I was told. I was contacted and told the taps I ordered and paid for were out if stock. I was unhappy with this however the staff were excellent and sent me better quality taps that were twice the price free of charge as a good will gesture. All in all an excellent service, top notch products at a fraction of the price of the main stream suppliers.

Had to make a wooden frame to support bath as one supplied was flimsy.

overall was pleased with bathroom suite and delivery times. but when i ordered it it says all was in stock but bath taps never arrived .was told they coming direct!! direct from where i don't know.had to get from else where or job would have been held up.would use again though.good prices and good quality goods
