Had a pleasant experience with 4bathrooms, including an item being returned and replaced.

If you are unlucky, your delivery driver will be a grumpy old sod that is unwilling to do anything other than pull the pallet to your drive (wife and inlaw pensioners had to bring goods inside). However, when our replacement came the polish driver was the complete opposite and couldn't do enough. Thank you to him.

Goods all of a nice quality, well packaged at a very competitive price. Be aware that nothing I purchased (sink unit, wc unit, wc pan, bath) came with any fixings apart from the bath legs. that may catch you out.

Would defiantly use again.

Bought a whole bathroom suite at a very good price.Goods were delivered and one of the units were damaged. A quick email to support with a picture and the replacement was sent for next day delivery.

Goods all of good quality standard but at half the price you find in stores.

I selected items from a very wide range of basins and was very pleased with ease of ordering and prompt despatch. The price was most competitive and much lower than I had expected to have to pay. Even with the delivery charge, the purchase was well worth while. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking bathroom products.

Was made to take time off to receive the delivery of the items as the they would not bring the item into the house. When the delivery arrived the shower tray was broken, so i had to arrange another delivery. The driver refused to take the broken shower tray when the replacement was delivered, when i contacted 4Bathrooms i was told it would be collected on Monday, no one collected it and now we have provisionally booked in yet another day for someone to be sitting around all day waiting for someone to come round.
