Good website with very keen prices could not find better for the items I purchased, it is a pity their showroom is not open either late night or at weekends.
I mistakenly ordered a left hand shower tray instead of a right hand for my shower enclosure, driver returned the same afternoon with correct tray. I had also purchased a bathroom vanity unit and when installing the following week found there was a problem with the sink unit after phoning with the problem in the morning a replacement was delivered in the afternoon.

We ordered a vanity unit and sink from 4 Bathrooms, it was my wife who did the ordering and she isn't fully computer savvy but she was able to order it with no problem and it turned up within days, which was quite pleasant.
Only small draw backs are:
- I asked about the returns policy and recieved a cut-and-paste from the terms and conditions with no introduction, which might have disuaded us, (I ask this of all sites and most come back with a tailored response from a named person)
- My wife always looks for paying with PayPal, as do a number of our friends. I have no preference but it may be worth thinking about.
