"10/10 recommend Coolivin"

I found the apartment in Saldanha by a coincidence, and was only planning on staying a couple of days. I ended up staying several weeks and loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Even with 6 bedrooms, I still felt like I had my own space. The roomies were amazing, and will continue to be my friends after the stay. Plus for several bathrooms and a big kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the staff is very helpful. Filipe has been helping out with anything and everything, which has made my experience with coolivin even better. I’m very appreciative of the time in the coolivin apartment and would 10/10 recommend others to stay with them when in Lisbon.

"Très bon appartement, mais attention au bruit"

Très bon appartement, très bien situé. Toutes les lignes de métro sont proches, le centre-ville est donc accessible rapidement.
L'appartement est propre et nettoyé toutes les semaines.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable.

Seul bémol : Lisbonne est une ville en travaux. Il faut impérativement demander au propriétaire s'il y a des travaux dans les alentours, auxquels cas chaque matin peut-être très sonore.

"Saldanha apartment for student"

I found the Saldanha apartment through a Facebook forum and once Filipe got in touch with me it was smooth sailing from there. I moved over to Lisbon for 2 months to continue my studies online while being able to live it up in the sun. Filipe’s apartment was beyond perfect & reasonably priced. The rooms are decked out with everything you need, the apartment is fully equipped and spacious! A cleaner came once a week to clean all common areas which was a huge plus. I was able to meet some really cool roommates yet have my own private space. I would recommend Coolivin to everyone that travelled to Lisbon whether it’s short term or long term. Filipe replied promptly to any queries or questions I had! A huge thank you to Filipe and Coolivin for adding to my Lisbon experience.

Very new, cosy and modern apartment and rooms. Cleaning and everything about apartment was very professional. You can always find someone to help you with your problems or demands.
