Leather paint/dye exactly matched his Rolls Royce interior and now it looks like new with no sun fading.

I've waited until I'd used the repair kit and tried it out before posting a review. In short it's a great product with brilliant customer service.
When the the order arrived it wasn't as expected; leather recolouring balm as opposed to a repair kit. I phoned Furniture Clinic, who were very apologetic and said they'd despatch the repair kit immediately. Well, Furniture Clinic are based in Consett, County Durham, I'm in Somerset. I made the call at 11:00 am, it arrived at 4:00pm the same day.
As for the repair kit, if you follow the instructions it couldn't be easier. I was recommended Furniture Clinic's products by an automotive upholsterer. He assured me whilst my repair looked a challenge, it was actually straightforward and very satisfying. He wasn't wrong. The repair was to the arm of an armchair, a broad area that had become badly scuffed with several splits. I'm no expert at these sort of things, all thumbs and no fingers, but the result is impressive.
Things of note: I used an off-cut of leather instead of the repair sub patch in the kit, it seemed more substantial. The filler does shrink when it dries (as mentioned in the instructions) - I applied 4 layers over 7 days and there's still some small dimples. Getting the colour to match is easy if you use the guide (I used an electric tyre pump instead of a hair dryer. Worked well). Once happy with the colour I applied the colouring in 4 layers and left it a week before using. It's a perfect match, seems robust with a smooth leather finish, and the repair's solid. I would use Furniture Clinic's products again without hesitation.
