"Bathroom "

My bathroom was finished yesterday and I am so pleased. As most people know you are always unsure when having work done, but this company is the best I have ever come across. From start to finish the professional way it is done is outstanding. And one of the most important things is I felt I was in safe hands. Bruno is an Amazing worker which is normally rare but I can not praise him enough thank you again well done Mersey Bathroom I will recommend you to everyone x

"BEWARE! DON'T BUY!"

BEWARE!! DON'T BUY! Absolutely awful experience. Ordered directly on their website. Mentioned the estimated delivery date 3-4 working days etc. Although other companies were offering better package, this had a quick delivery with minimum £500 spending so ordered everything I needed from here for my long time customer. It's been a week and I hear nothing from them, no email or text to get an update. I then have to chase them up only to find out they didn't have stock of the item to begin with. My customer is very disappointed and this has lost me business and my reputation aswell. I advise anyone not to shop from this awful company. Said they would call me back, and still haven't had a call.

"Bathroom leaks "

Bathroom leaks caused by poorly applied sealent. Company refuses its their problem. Avoid them and get it done by someone else.

Update 06th February 2025 - This issue was reported back in June 2024, my warranty expired August 2024. The sealent was coming off in toilet in June and you ignored us for about a month even back then! Now the same issue is happening in the bathroom and we have leaks in kitchen.
For all those looking at this review take note. Do you really want a company fitting your bathroom that will treat you like this after its done ? Bathroom sealent should last years not a few months, the fitter cut all the material upstairs and we was left with dust everywhere we had to clean up ourselves.. trust me don't waste your time. Go with a company that takes pride in their work and helps their customers!
Also I shouldn't have to pay as it was reported before warranty expired.
You said you would fix it for £50. Like I said on the phone to you even if it was 50 pence I still wouldn't pay you because it's about what's right!

Mersey bathrooms I'm sorry but you are completely wrong on this one. A customer that's in need for something that was reported last year and calls about same issue happening elsewhere, clearly your at fault!
By the way I have sorted the issue myself thanks to a friend! Just thought everyone else on here should know.

Very happy with my bathroom beautiful workmanship very polite workmen only problem was my flooring wasn't in stock so had to choose another which manager said I could have a £50 refund due to not being what i originally wanted which I still have not received. Other than that happy with my bathroom.

Mersey Barhrooms have been amazing, we had stock issues and I was worried these soon got resolved, on the first day the bathroom arrived the fitter was professional from start to finish, hard worker working into the night to get the job completed, my bathroom is absolutely gorgeous I am made up with the finish and quality I would recommend them to anyone.

My recent experience with the company and my complete bathroom renovation was outstanding. Everything from the quote meeting to the final finish was taken care of, carefully planned and perfectly executed. I was informed of the every step of the process, so there was no surprises. "Bathroom looks ok but I’d much prefer…"

Bathroom looks ok but I’d much prefer it if the window would open. Lots of beading preventing the opening of the window. Quite shocking that it was left like this.

And NO I won’t be contacting your so called “team” as I don’t want any of you near my property ever again.

We couldn’t be more happy with our new bathroom from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us . The fitter did a great job and in only 4 days also removed all the old bathroom saved us having to pay for a skip. Would 100% recommend

the service was outstanding from start to end finish Maruis who fitted my bathroom was an amazing person nothing was to much trouble he did fantastic job i would highly recommend them
