"Regular customer but disappointed this time"

I am a regular customer and like the product but very disappointed this time. The gift set box was broken and bottles were falling out (the outer packing was fine so it was not damaged in transit). I contacted customer service and they promised to send a replacement box so I could put the items in it but I'm still waiting.
