"Incorrect order and poor customer service"

Very disappointed. I ordered one particular set of 4 shower gels, but on receipt of parcel 2 were incorrect. I have since emailed Mancave twice to rectify this, but to date have received no response.
Such a shame that customer service has let down such a good product.

My girlfriend bought me a shower gel gift set at Christmas and I loved the scents of two of them a lot so ordered some more. Such fresh lasting scents.

"ENVIRONMENTAL INCONSIDERATE product "

Little plastic plug in the tube nozzle popped out and went straight down the plug hole to add to the micro plastic soup that is suffocating the ocean. Goodness knows what that pointless piece of plastic was for but the environment clearly wasn’t considered.

And now the cap won’t clip into place so it leaks (no good for travel ) . All-in-all a useless cap design that detracts from the actual cream which I’ve now lost interest in.

Bought for my brother. Love the smell of these body washes. Very good quality and quantity. Thoughtful eco-friendly packaging. Arrived quickly. The bundles are a great idea. Third time of buying. Cannot recommend enough.
