Absolutely appalled by the Service
RMG have been so help what so ever, false promises and then no contact for weeks.
The have jeopardized our sale by with holding information promised within day, now its been months and we are still chasing the same documents.
Absolutely gutted by the service, or lack of service.

This organisation is insensitive to customer's need, selfish and irresponsible. I order 2 door fobs, paid for them same day on19/05/2022 and was told will arrive within 5 workings days. Today is 22/06/2022 I am yet to receive fobs. I phoned them on 06/06/2022 and I was told stories, rang them again on 10/06/2022 yet more stories, They don't seem to care but only after your money. I regretted ever having to come in contact with this kind of organisation, I wish I have an alternative.

"Utter incompetent don't care company"

I'm astonished by RMG's lack of management of our area. I have raised minor issues that could have been easily fixed here in Milford, Belper, Derbyshire and am blue in the face with the lack of attention or rectification. I will never have a property again managed by this company and now about to cancel my payments and having sought legal advice go to court proceedings. Don't use this company please.

Will get you in to financial difficulties and refuse to help and rude!
Invoices sent with no ‘payment due by’ date and then 2 weeks later you will receive a late payment charge and without warning will receive a debt collectors letter with extra costs attached.
Our whole estate has issues and it’s the same every year.

This company charges so much for their yearly management fees but offers no help in return. Instead when you ask them for help with something that goes wrong they say they will send someone round to check the problem for an EXTRA fee which will go on your yearly bill!

Absolutely terrible company, send you a bill for the upcoming year with no deadline for when it should be paid by, then add on a late payment charge without telling you because you are unaware of the date it should be paid by.
Every year they will send you an invoice for additional payments near the the end of the year, even though they have underspent (and underperformed) against the budget for the year.
Do not buy a property on an estate that is managed by this cowboy company.

Absolutely shocking company! Nearly £2,900 in the last 2 years I've been billed, no apology, no care for the bill and no option to spread the payments because it wasn't affordable. As soon as we can we will be moving and never again will I buy a property managed by them. I've heard they are under investigation? Well good! Absolute con artists and shocking customer service!

All the insurances we pay for but your front door is apparently part of content insurance...better yet, building maintenance another issue but when its time to pay charges they stand first in line... The tip of the ice berg, useless, greedy, scum are a few word that come to mind.

I have had my property for over 10 years,paid regularly but have taken me to court 5 times as they use PDC(partners in crime) to represent them and the M.O. is to swamp the tenant past statements which you have no chance of working out .

My credit history has been destroyed by RMG/PDC and going to another court case this year,I'm sure I'm not alone there must be an independent body or a law firm who know about these crooks,if anyone can help with any contact information I,would be grateful

Rubbish company they do not want to help I am paying too much for what?have reported flooding in car park that is running into my garage which has rotted at the bottom they say it's not covered on insurance also paying for garden maintenance have got my own garden at back of house so why am I paying for it.paid bill for management of £600 just had two more Bill's total of £130 for what,how can this company get away with it.
